Safety Update

PI-ISD Safety Update:

Point Isabel ISD received a threat against campus safety this morning. As a precautionary measure, schools were immediately placed on a "secure" protocol, and the Point Isabel ISD, Port Isabel PD, SPI PD, and campus administration swiftly initiated investigations into the situation. After a thorough search, the campuses have been deemed clear and safe.

At Point Isabel ISD, a wave of excitement and gratitude filled the air as we had the honor of recognizing and rewarding our exceptional educators who are the cornerstone of our students' success. The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) has allowed us to celebrate their dedication by providing them with the first installment of a well-deserved grant that will span the next five years.
